U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Jacob T. Baron, a recruiter with Recruiting Substation Carlisle, shows a poolee how to properly use and adjust a weighted pack at the recruiting station prior to a four mile hike in Carlisle, Penn., on Saturday, June 18, 2016.
