U.S. Navy Capt. Jay Steingold, left, presents U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Zechariah Lund with a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal May 3, 2016, at Naval Weapons Station Earle in Colts Neck, N.J. Lund received the award for training five sailors serving on the instillation’s security force up to black belt in the Marine Corps’ Martial Arts Program while strengthening the relationship between the Marines and sailors aboard the station. Steingold is the commanding officer for Naval Weapons Station Earle. Lund is the supply clerk for Recruiting Station New Jersey.
