U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Mike Borowski strumms the notes to Benny Golson's "Whisper Not" during a performance at the Dizzy's Club Coca-Cola at the Jazz at Lincoln Center overlooking New York's Central Park, Saturday, April 23, 2016. Borowski, who graduated from Duquesne University with his master's degree in music, lived month-to-month looking for various music gigs before a rare opportunity allowed him to travel across the country as a Marine musician with the Marine Band San Diego.
