Major Stephen Boada, the new commanding officer of Recruiting Station Portsmouth, New Hampshire, speaks to Marines and guests as he steps into his new position during the change of command ceremony, June 26. Boada is coming from his position as inspector-instructor of Battery P., 5th Battalion, 14th Marines in Spokane, Washington, and Major Andre Gourgoumis, the outgoing commanding officer, is heading to the Command and Staff College aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia.
