Major Andrew Gourgoumis, outgoing commanding officer of Recruiting Station Portsmouth, New Hampshire, hands the Marine Corps colors to Maj. Stephen Boada during the change of command ceremony, June 26. Boada is coming from his position as inspector-instructor of Battery P., 5th Battalion, 14th Marines in Spokane, Washington, and Gourgoumis is heading to the Command and Staff College aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia.
