Veronica Ellers receives instruction from one of several Marines teaching educators and influencers how to properly make their way down the rappel tower aboard Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island. Ellers was one of many other educators to partake in such an exercise for the first time, some of which even conquered their fears of heights. Ellers is a principal in the Upper Darby School District.
