Col. James Iulo and Sgt. Maj. Irvin Howard lay a wreath in honor of Sgt. Maj. Dan Daly, two-time Medal of Honor recipient, Nov. 10. Daly is one of two Marines in history to receive the nation’s highest honor twice. Iulo is the 1st Marine Corps District commanding officer and Howard is the 1st MCD sergeant major.
