A group photo is taken with homeowner Cathy Gaffney, a native of Staten Island, Caleb Porter, a native of Staten Island and member of the AmeriCorps Habitat for Humanity, NYC, and service-members that assisted in the repairing of Cathy's house which was hit by Hurricane Sandy in 2012. "It’s amazing the work that they have done for me, I feel so lucky and so blessed, I wish there was a way I could repay them," stated Cathy, "I will never forget the faces of the service-members that gave up their time to help me and my husband, repair the damages caused by the storm." The service-members volunteered their time during Fleet Week NYC, to help in just one of many of the events that will be going on throughout the week in the greater NYC area.
