Sgt. Chasitie Chambers, a November Company drill instructor at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, S.C., barks orders at a poolee during a pool function held at Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn, N.Y., Nov. 17, 2012. Drill instructors are brought out to interact with Recruiting Station New York poolees periodically to help prepare them for what recruit training will be like. Poolees spend a lot of time with their recruiters preparing physically, but they also need to prepare mentally.
