LAKE GEORGE, N.Y. -- Sergeant Cara J. Tighe, a 28-year-old recruiter at Recruiting Substation Saratoga Springs, Recruiting Station Albany, leads several members of the station’s Delayed Entry Program during a conditioning hike up Prospect Mountain on January 12.
