After departing active duty in 2015 under the Force Shaping Program, Wilebski was promoted to Gunnery Sergeant in the reserves in 2016. In 2017, he joined 3rd Civil Affairs Group (CAG) as the Ground Operations Chief, where he led the establishment of 3rd CAG’s Combat Operations Center SOPs, coordinated training with the Army National Guard, US Marshals, FBI, and other agencies, and played a pivotal role in enhancing operational readiness.
