BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Marines and poolees of Recruiting Substation Binghamton, Recruiting Station Albany ran in the 8th Annual John McKenna Memorial 5K in memory of Capt. John J. McKenna IV. McKenna, a former Marine, New York State trooper, and Binghamton University graduate was killed in 2006 while conducting combat operations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
