A student of Danvers High School in Danvers, Mass., completes the final ammunition can lift for his team during a Marine Corps Leadership Seminar class and workout at the high school football field, Dec. 2, 2016. The Marines of Recruiting Substation North Boston conducted a leadership seminar with the hockey team of Danvers High School, which consisted of a class on Marine Corps leadership traits followed by a circuit course workout. Marine recruiters conduct these seminars at the request of a school or sports team to teach the group how the Marines shape leaders and build team cohesion.
