Staff Sgt. Travis McGlew monitors Amanda Hoover during her Maneuver Under Fire run during the Merrimack College Women's Basketball Combat Fitness Test at the college, Oct. 9. The CFT was part of the leadership seminar conducted by the Officer Selection Team of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, where the team is briefed on the Marine Corps leadership principles before putting them into action during the CFT. McGlew is the Officer Selection Assistant for OST Portsmouth.
