QUEENS, N.Y. -- Dan Andrews, from the Queens Borough President’s Office; Commissioner Terry Holliday, from the Mayor’s Office of Veterans’ Affairs; Patrick Gualtieri, a Vietnam veteran and executive director of the United War Veterans Council; Lt. Col. Arthur J. Woods, the operations officer of the 1st Marine Corps District; and retired Army Capt.
